With my father not even in the ground for 30 days, I received word that my sister was admitted to the hospital. She became confused at work and could not make sense of her job. In other words, she could not remember things. They sent her to the hospital and did tests and found that she had a mass on the back part of her brain as well as breast cancer. They removed the mass and it was found to be cancer. Now they are telling her the cancer is most likely in other parts of her body besides the breast, so more tests. Nooooooooooooo!

Penny, Just wanted to send an extra hug your way and of course loving comforting light to your sister. That must have been a huge shock for your family. How old is she? Can you share her name so we can include her in our prayers? How lucky they are to have you there...if anyone can be a beautiful source of comfort and strength during all this, it's Penny! I would surely want you in my corner in an emergency!

Belated condolences on the passing of your father. From speaking to Ole and the rest of the gang from the other side, I know with complete certainty that the moment he left he was whole and happy and full of love. I am sure he is helping your sister, and all of you, as best as he can. That's what they do.

Keep us posted and you are in our hearts!!!

Love ya!

Karla

Thank you Karla! {{{HUGZ}}}
Her name is Dawn Hodges and she turns 48 on the 25th of this month.
She still has the breast cancer which has since gotten larger in size, and they found another mass on the back part of her brain, there is cancer now on her sternum as well as in several lymph nodes. What I don't understand is why they have not removed the cause?

You mean, why didn't they remove the breast cancer before it spreads?
Either way - the doctors do not know the true causes of cancer anyway...

Right, the breast that is spreading the cancer to other parts of her body...that is the cause. It's the cause of the brain cancer, the cause of the cancer on her sternum and the cause of the lymph nodes as the tests have confirmed. Remove the breast with the cancer and it won't be able to spread any further.

Well, what I meant is that this is not the true cause - it may be the physical cause, from a medical point of view, for spreading the cancer - yet it is not the root cause, the reason why there is cancer in the first place within her, and why this cancer is spreading - not all who have breast cancer will have brain cancer, right? So why is it spreading? Why breast cancer in the first place? It is not just from my practice as medium, but even new tendencies in "complementary" medical treatments, that it is my belief that there are psychological, mental or karmic reasons behind just about any disease.

Hi Penny
I have recently joined here and just read your post about your father and wanted to say I am sorry for your loss. I am a great believer in the afterlife having been given so much evidence over the years.
I'm sorry to hear about your Dawn x ^j^ x

There is no such things as a true cause for illness. There are only conditions which make a particular illness more likely to manifest. Once that happens it may then spread to other parts of the body and manifest in places where there is a weakness in one's personal constitution.
That the physical manifestation of illness is simply the last, and most coarse level of manifestation is the basis of the Chinese healing arts for millennia.
There is plentyof anecdotal evidence from well-known personalities (in Chinese society) on how they reversed the course of even fatal diseases and illnesses. The main ingredient is usually a couple of hours of Qigong every day. Other factors such as herbal medicines and other healing techniques may enter, but there can be no doubt that if one does anything from 2 to 8 hours of Qigong this alone will lead to many other naturally occurring changes as a 'side-effect'.

What I am meaning by "true cause" is her breast cancer. Why leave the breast cancer when that is what is spreading throughout her body.

They may have left it because it was too late, i.e. the cancer had already spread and removal would have been pointless.

Well, it was explained to me as it was explained to her. They (The Tulsa treatment center where she is at) said that the cancer started in the breast making it the "mother" cancer in her body, and to remove the mother lode so to speak would cause the shoot off cancer to explode in growth. She is doing all she can to beat this cancer and does have a positive outlook even though the treatment center in Texas sent her home telling her there was noting that could be done and gave her the time they think she has left.

Penny I am so sorry for the loss of your father. The terrible story about your sister's cancer is another issue altogether. My mother went through the same thing starting with the discovery of a lump in her breast. They removed her breast and nodes under her arm, had treatment etc. Unfortunately it kept spreading going to her chest wall then bones and eventually her brain.
Your sister's doctors know that at her stage the damage is already done and the cancer cells are in her system. Removing her breast, the "cause" won't help her - the horse has bolted. Cancer is a terrible disease, many of my family have passed from it. The only suggestion I can offer is if she is open to it, is visit a healer who may be able to get to the emotional/karmic cause and try and tackle it from that angle. My heart goes out to you, your sister herself and the rest of your family andI send love and light to her.
